No. 42 is situated close to the tennis and golf clubs of Sandy Lane and is just a three minute walk to the famous stretch of coastline, where guests enjoy access to the private owner's beach. With a staff of four on-site, visitors can have as much or as little attention as they require, either having their breakfast, lunch and dinners provided for them or they can eat at the many world class restaurants nearby.

The house is constructed to the highest standards and includes the very finest marble and interior fittings throughout. Emulating the grand Sandy Lane Hotel, No. 42 provides a wondrous blend of exceptional elegance with the French influenced informality of the outside terrace and dining area.

Set on an acre and a half of private land, the exterior sitting and dining area, that leads on to the swimming pool, is completely covered yet the absence of formal windows and doors provides a wonderful free flowing, tranquil atmosphere.

The sizeable terrace also has a gazebo designed to fully appreciate al fresco Caribbean dining.

The four bedrooms are all en-suite and provide two double rooms and two twin rooms. The master room leads out on to the terrace and each bedroom provides towels, linen and bathroom products. There is a separate TV den and study, with broadband access, and a signature double height entrance hall, adorned with high class antique furniture.

Within a short drive of the property there are some of the best restaurants in the world, including The Cliff, Tides and Lone Star. For the younger generation there is a lively bar and nightclub scene in St Lawrence Gap, a 20 minute drive, or there is a welcoming assortment of bars and local nightspots on 1st and 2nd St in nearby Holetown.
