The Bom Sucesso 18-hole championship golf course stretched along the length of the resort, meandering through the residential enclaves and surrounding landscape. The proximity of the sea, Obidos lagoon, not to mention the innovative architecture of the properties, allows golfers to experience fantastic views from every hole.

The golf course was designed by world-renowned architect Donald Steel. The only golf architect in the world who has advised on the clubs and courses on which the Open Championship has been played, Donald Steel is also the former President of the British Association of Golf Course Architects.

The Bom Sucesso course is a Par 72 that plays 6,228 m from the championship tees. There are four tees to every hole, allowing for every standard of golfer. The front nine holes are played on a level part of the terrain while the back nine are located on the rolling hillside towards the rear of the development, offering more dramatic holes and vistas over the lush Mediterranean vegetation.

The reputation of the Silver Coast is mounting amongst the golfing fraternity as new, innovative courses, such as Bom Sucesso, are being created. With over 300 days sunshine a year, a far more tranquil and relaxed environment than the Algarve and regular budget flights to Lisbon from all corners of the world, the region is one of Europe's fastest growing golfing destinations.

As part of the Bom Sucesso package, guests of the resort also receive special rates at any of the six golf courses situated within an hours drive of the properties, including Praya d'el Rey and Golden Eagle.

The weekend and holiday rates for 18 holes at Bom Sucesso are €90 for members of the public and €45 for guests of the properties. For a midweek round, prices would drop to €74 for the public and €39 for resort guests.
