The apartments also come with a private marina where guests can hire sailing and speed boats. There is no greater way to experience Lake Maggiore than by boat and as there are no speed restrictions, you are welcome to enjoy water sports such as water skiing and wakeboarding. Towards the centre of the lake there are great wind speeds, making it an ideal sailing and kite surfing location.

The Acquadulza restaurant and lounge bar, again designed by Simone Micheli, offers various culinary interpretations through its combination of traditional ingredients and tastes paired with captivating views of the lake.
