The sister company of leading international property agent PURE International, Pure Destinations is a specialist overseas rental management company. With a head office in the UK and global offices in the UAE, Switzerland, The Netherlands, and Canada, Pure Destinations can provide direct assistance and local knowledge in each of these regions.

What we offer?

Pure Destinations provides two main arms of operation:
1 - Full on-site management of properties within an international development. We recognise that in the majority of second home purchases, a buyer needs more than just the keys to their home to justify their investment. Through our existing international relationships and by creating new opportunities where necessary, Pure Destinations aims to remove the hassle of second home ownership.

We have the necessary skills to advise on the purchaser and visitor requirements to create a functional management facility and also a profitable rental business. With full on-site presence, we will create relationships with each individual property owner to service their property to their particular needs and also coordinate the rental of their home to the international travel market.

If you need assistance on the design of your on-site management structure, at an appropriate cost, Pure Destinations can provide a detailed study and breakdown of your developments requirements.

2 - Maximum exposure to the UK travel sector. In an instance where an international development has established on-site presence and facilities but would like exposure to the UK travel sector, Pure Destinations will act as a dedicated UK referral agent.

Having spent two years working for PURE International, Matthew has now moved across to set up this exciting new venture. With extensive experience in international marketing and relations, Matthew has combined his time with PURE International, his love of travel and widespread knowledge of the key locations offered by Pure Destinations to provide this unique offering to the travel sector.

An accomplished skier and adventure sports enthusiast, Matthew likes to divide his travel time between relaxing and enjoying local cultural delights whilst also undertaking more active leisure pursuits.

Chris Brierley - Director

Chris has spent his entire working career in the travel industry. Having previously been based at one of UK's leading travel companies, Chris has gained unrivalled firsthand knowledge of travel sales, operations, childcare and corporate events. Along with completing numerous ski seasons in some of Switzerland's premier resorts looking after high net worth families, Chris has also specialised in the design of summer relaxation and adventure packages. He is also very experienced with various childcare and family friendly travel requirements.

A keen viticulturist, when not skiing Chris spends his time cultivating his vineyard in Tuscany.
